For the past four years, he served as the chief policy officer and legislative director for the Governor of Kentucky. Prior to his public service in the Executive Branch, he led the public affairs division of the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Commonwealth’s largest business organization. For more than a decade, he led a staff of government affairs and communications professionals, managing an annual budget of more than $1 million. He is a skillful communicator, effective strategist, and experienced advocate. Before that, Bryan served as a Senior Policy Advisor to the President and Majority Leader of the state Senate.
